  • What are the available modes of payment?
    We offer the following modes of payment - iBanking, PayPal, PayNow, PayLah!, Credit Card. Kindly select "Cash payment" if you would like to pay via paylah/paynow. We prefer this as the main mode of payment (:
  • Local Delivery
    1. Upon order confirmation, we process and pack your parcel within the same working day. 2. We use SMARTPAC by Singpost, Registered mail (for bulky orders) or NINJA pack. 3. You may check the delivery status of SmartPac here by entering the delivery note's number (e.g. SM000000001SG) 4. Missing parcel? Please contract Singpost here using your delivery note's number. 5. We are not liable for any lost parcel but we will be happy to assist any further postal issues. 6. In an event your items are too big for smartpac, we will arrange for courier, registered mail or NINJA pack at our own discretion. We understand how important it is to get your shopping to you! We make your order our priority and would like to get it to your hands in the shortest time possible. As such, please indicate your preferred shipping address and contact details clearly and completely at the check-out page to facilitate your order’s delivery attempt.
  • Pre-order
    Preorder takes 4 weeks on average for fulfillment. Sometimes 2 weeks, sometimes 6 weeks. Kindly order in advance for that special someone as we do not offer cash refund if shipment arrives later than the estimated time frame. We update via email so kindly provide a valid email address. ie. If you have 1 preorder and 1 in stock item, we will only ship BOTH out when preorder arrives. Be prepared to topup for the courier/postage of your choice if you would like to get instock item shipped to you first. Kindly drop us a note when you cart out (:
  • Defects?
    10% overall defect (if any) in all blankets is considered as tolerable; kindly order only if you are comfortable. Sometimes the defect comes in the form of spots, ink stains or printing lines. No refund or exchange is allowed. Exceptional cases only at our discretion, thank you for understanding.
  • Refund and Exchange policy
    No cash refunds allowed. We do have a 1-for-1 exchange policy or refund via store credits. If a replacement is no longer available, we may get factory to reprint (takes up to 6 weeks). Items returned must be unused, unwashed and unaltered. Pack the item securely, including all the contents of the original packaging. You may return the package via your preferred trusted postal service to us. Buyer will bear all return-mail postage charges. Where applicable, always keep all your postal service receipts and tracking numbers for verification. Once we have received and verified your returned parcel, we will send you a notification email and proceed to issue you your Shop Credit refund.
  • Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?
    We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure its processed and delivered promptly. This means we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.
